We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To personalize your experience

• To improve our website

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information if you have signed up for newletter subscription.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server 128/256 bit encryption (from GEO TRUST). All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial's, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

The privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and Data Protection act 1998

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and Data Protection act 1998. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of The privacy and electronic communications (EC Directive) regulations 2003 and Data Protection act 1998, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

Age Restrictions

We do not collect any information from anyone under 17 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 17 years old or older.

Orders and pricing

By placing an order the customer(s) is making an offer on the site and that the contract will be formed only if the customer(s) order is accepted by the seller. While the customer(s) card will be debited before the contact formed, if the customer order is rejected by the seller, a full refund will be made immediately. Taking a payment from a customer(s) card does not indicate acceptance. By completing and submitted the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods that if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Any errors and omissions will be expected by the customer (E&OE).

Any items that are not held in stock with Profusion Customs and have to be ordered directly from the manufacture, this is regarded as a special order item(s) and cannot be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been process and accepted,  for UK main land delivery will be next working day if the order has been placed between Monday - Thursday up to 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday or Friday to Sunday will be processed the next working day. E.g Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday and if accepted delivered by Tuesday.

Orders placed from Wales will also appy to UK mainland delivery rules.

Orders placed from outside of UK mainland (Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highland and British Isles) will usually take 3 working days to deliver, if orders are placed between Monday - Thursday up to 2pm. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next working day and if accepted usually delivered within 3 working days.

Please note if you live outside the UK Mainland we only guarantee dispatch of your goods if youare registered to one of the following schemes, Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

Product Availability

Many of the products you see on our website are held in stock at our warehouse and are dispatached withing 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. Some items are held in stock by the manufactures and on these items there will be a 'Shipping note' stating the delivery times which are usually 4-7 working days. Please note these orders can not be refunded or returned so you are adviced to check the description carefully before ordering.

 

International Shipping

For international shipping orders customers will be required to fill an online quotation form for international shipping costs. After a quotation has been received and processed customers may proceed with their order. If no quotation has been requested, customers will still be able to access the next step the order form however will be contacted later to be informed of delivery charges. After contact has been made and customer(s) have accepted delivery charges only then will orders be processed. 

Performance Exhaust LIFETIME Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that all Magnaflow Performance products are free from defects. Most of our mufflers* are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the muffler is not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.

This warranty does not apply to any muffler which has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement muffler are not covered by this warranty.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the mufflers, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the muffler, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

*MagnaFlow's XL Series muffler/exhaust, catalytic converter, and titanium exhaust line carries a limited warranty.

Returns & Replacements

Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order.

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so, with a full refund excluding postage and re- stocking costs of 25% within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Items returned for credit must be in unopened, original packaging with no damage to either to boxes or product. Any merchandise which have been opened, with any damage to internal item, packaging or wrapping will be subject to a minimum of 25% handling charge. Items which have been returned for credit and has any missing contents such as nuts/bolts, flanges, instruction manuals will charged to the customer. Products returned for credit which have been tested, trialled or used, will not be accepted for a return or refund.

Any items returned faulty (which have been purchased and returned within 7 days) will be replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free. Certain exclusions apply (listed below).

Any items returned to Magnaflow Stainless Steel Exhausts for service which, under inspection and/or testing are not faulty will be returned back to the customer subject to a minimum £10 carriage charge. Any items collected by our service centre and found to be "non-faulty" will be subject to a higher service charge being levied. It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer, before booking them in or returning them back to us.

Most items carry 12 months warranty. Exclusions include: tubing, clamps, flanges, gaskets, nuts and bolts & rubbers.  The return carriage charges quoted are for UK mainland only - other areas will incur additional charges.

Special order items cannot be refunded.

Any contracts made will be under English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales.
